Shipping & Delivery

 

1. How long will it take to receive my order? 

First of all, thank you for your order! Once received, one of our Customer Service Agents submits your order to the warehouse. We always select the available location closest to you for faster delivery and lower shipping costs. If your item is not in stock, you will be notified immediately via email, and given the option to cancel your order or wait for inventory to arrive, if applicable. Product delivery is sometimes delayed for reasons out of our control, and backorder length is dependent on the item. 

Standard ground delivery is subject to your proximity to the warehouse. An average delivery time is within 5-7 days. Expedited delivery, including overnight and 2-3 day, is available for an additional fee. Please contact our office for assistance at 1-302-678-0400, or put notes in the comment section of your order and you will be contacted.


2. Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, Square One Electric offers international shipping to select regions. Please call 1-302-678-0400 for rates and assistance.


3. How do I calculate my shipping rate?

The shopping cart page has a shipping calculator tool. Simply place the item in your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your zip code in the Shipping Options box at the bottom of the page, select a shipping method, and whether the address is Business or Residential. The rate will 

appear in your checkout subtotal.

NOTE: There is no commitment to buy by placing items in your cart.


4. If an item is shipped by truck freight is the driver responsible for unloading the merchandise?

No, truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge will apply if the driver unloads the merchandise. The carrier will call and schedule delivery for when you will have help on hand.

Returns & Replacements

 

Limited Warranty Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. Every product we sell is backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Square One Electric Motors disclaims any liability for claims derived from improper product selection, product misuse, improper installation, modifications, or misapplication. 

Products that are defective in workmanship or materials will be replaced or refunded. Call our customer service at 1-302-678-0400 and provide the order number and a description of the defect to initiate a return.

If a product you purchase fails to meet your needs, please review the information below and contact one of our customer service representatives within 30 days of purchase. We will be pleased to arrange an exchange or refund based on the nature of the return. 

 

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Call 1-302-678-0400 to receive a return authorization number within 30 days of the purchase. The return address will be will be provided with the return authorization. Dependent on the nature of the return, you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on cancelled and returned orders.Returns must be in a “new” resalable condition, including all manuals, components and accessories, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging with the original packing slip. By placing an order with us you have agreed to this Return Policy. 

 

Damage In-Transit Policy

Returned items that have been damaged during shipping due to poor repackaging will result in the cancellation of refund or a repackaging fee (as determined on a case by case basis). Square One Electric Motors shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Square One Electric Motors will not be liable for delay in performance of delivery when delay in any manner arises from fire, flood, accidents, riot, government interference, strikes, shortage of labor, materials, equipment fuel, transportation, or any other causes beyond Square One Electric Motors’ reasonable control. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. 

If the product or product packaging has arrived damaged, delivery should be refused. If you accept delivery and your product is damaged or defective (including concealed damage), please contact one of our customer service representatives for assistance. 

 

Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the nature of certain products and services sold or provided by Square One Electric Motors, certain items are non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to: products that have been installed, with markings on the shaft or mounting indicating installation; items that have been altered or abused; products that are missing any accessories or components, including manuals, original packaging, nameplate, parts and kits. Non-qualified and non-conforming returns will not be included in this return policy and, if returned, may be refused by our returns department.

 

Return Authorization Form

Unless otherwise stated, returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Form (RA). RA numbers expire after 30 days, but we encourage customers to return the product as soon possible. 

Returns must be sent to the address indicated on the Return Authorization Form. Failure to ship an item back to the listed address and in the original packaging will affect the refund. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on cancelled and returned orders. Any return receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking charge at Electric Motor Masters' sole discretion. Please contact one of our representatives to request a Return Authorization Form. 

 

Shipping Refunds

Shipping can be refunded if an order is cancelled or if a shipping account number is provided before the order has shipped. No other reason will permit the refund of shipping. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable.

 

Early Termination Fee

There may be a $25.00 Early Termination Fee for orders that are cancelled before shipment. 

 

Product Refunds:

Once the product has been accepted as new, with no signs of installation present, expect to receive your purchase price minus a restocking fee (if applicable). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If a coupon, discount, or special offer was part of the original order, the amount will be deducted from the refund amount. Time frame of refund will be at Square One Electric Motors’ discretion.
