    ABB ACS255-03U-09A0-6 compact drives can be used in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, materials handling, and building maintenance. These three phase VFD drives are packed with user friendly features, like the ABB common programming structure and preset quick start macros, which allows for a fast setup and commissioning. Enjoy an integrated keypad with operator interface and local speed control, with the option to buy a remote mount keypad kit. A built-in braking chopper allows connection to remote braking resistor for enhanced performance.

    New features include: sensorless vector control for both AC induction and PM motors, enhanced short circuit protection, and operating mode selection. New ratings have been added to fill out the product line. All of the existing features of the ACS250 - parameters, external dimensions, mounting locations, etc. - are the same for the ACS255. An Advanced parameter menu has been added for additional functionality
